This just in from the He-man Womun Hatres Clubb. ![]() ![]() I`m still making progress on this thing! The top is Sitka that I got on Ebay some time back. The rosette is pretty simple with walnut/maple rings. BTW, I remedied the situation with my oversized head and tailblocks. Surprising what you can do with a 16" McCulloch. ![]() |

Nah, made it through using only hand tools. Minimal amount of blood lost, no Band-aids. |

I actually use a chainsaw for guitar building, but only in the early stages-like felling a tree, and cutting logs into slabs. Al |

I know Mario uses a lancelot blade on a grinder for shaping the necks of his guitars, i'd love to see a video on that! |

Here`s the latest on my OM. Just about ready to button up for good. Back is on and in good shape. Reshaped headblock as much as I thought i had better and lost half of the Butcher board tailblock I had before. Any advice on how to get a little more sustain on my soundboard? It`s still plenty thick at .125" and I know that will help some, if not alot. Rings pretty good, though. Just not long enough for what I`m expecting. ![]() ![]() |

That's the prettiest litter box my cats have ever seen. They say ship it over and they'll make use of it! ![]() ![]() ![]() |
